NOVO Solutions is a web-based software used to track, prioritize, and assign problem tickets
as it relates to issues with Information Technology (IT) software (such as SandCrab Lite,
SandCrab Lite for Pathlabs, WS-FTP File Sharing, etc...).

Some of the benefits of using NOVO Solutions:

  • Reduced Support Staff Time: Customers/End Users can easily submit a support request
    through the NOVO Solutions internet site. These requests are automatically added to the
    Help Desk ticket queue, reducing the number of inbound support calls and eliminating the
    ticket creation process by the Texas Cancer Registry (TCR) help desk support staff.
    Of course, our TCR support staff can manually add help desk tickets as well. Through the
    help desk, customers/end users can also track the status of their request through the
    NOVO Solutions internet site.
  • Organize & Track Requests: Distributed Help Desk Software Management allows TCR
    Data Management staff to manage their own support/request/project queue.
