Regional Information
Public Health Regions 9 & 10 consist of 36 counties of West Texas and covers 61,428 square miles, which is larger than 29 states of the Union. The regions were activated January 1, 1972. Comprehensive health programs have been developed to serve the health needs of the residents of the region.
