Established under Health and Safety Code (HSC), Chapter 12, Subchapter J, §§12.131-12.139. The Tobacco Settlement Permanent Trust Account Administration Advisory Committee is composed of 11 appointed members (defined in HSC §12.137). The advisory committee shall annually (HSC §12.139):
(1) review the results of any audit conducted …and the results of any dispute filed …; and
(2) review the rules …and propose any amendments to the rules the advisory committee considers necessary.
